I uninstalled and reinstalled it on Kodi xbox. I have emby working on 4 phones, 5 computers, 3 tablets. When I try to select the connection to log into the server it bounces me back. I have port forwarding on the following ports, 80, 443, 8096, & 8920. I am using the current beta version in Kodi. The standalone is working but it is kind of slow. The old version worked without any issues on the series X. If yes, then I can adjust the internal ports. In this case use "manual" server selection.Īnd please use beta version. My Redhat Linux also blocks the server detection. If the connection screen doesn't offer any emby server, there is something blocking. Anyway, the connection to the server should work. The ports are used for artwork and addon-mode playback (and some internal communication). However, the server connection and sync should work anyway. Currenlty the ports are hardcoded, but I could change that.
