

As circumstances change, plans need to adapt accordingly, therefore you need to at the very least fix your servers, bring them back online and move back the shutdown a few months to allow owners of the DLC (reminder: they paid money for it) to access it. I know, officially servers are in "maintenance", Ubisoft is "aware of the issue" and "a team is working on it" and all the usual, but nothing of that helps anybody if you hold on to your plan to shut down on September 1st. Whily taking away singleplayer content is bad enough, announcing a date and then shutting down early is even worse.

I made it to AC3 in time and wanted to play the DLC "The Tyranny of King Washington", but I can't since servers are already down since the middle of July. Since July I have been playing through the Assassin's Creed franchise to beat everything that is affected by the shutdown before it is gone.
